EAN:9780316789721 Label:L,B KidsArray Binding:Paperback | My 9 year old has sensory integration dysfunction and we use this at home along with smelly stamp pads for his occupational therapy play time Great product for OT . Ed Emeberley's books are all classics2009-02-15 Rating 5. My daughter brought home two of Ed Emberley's drawing books from the school library Ed Emberley inspires my daughter in all her drawings and doodles.
She immediately began to draw little cartoons and towns and people using the books as guides to her work2009-02-03 Rating 5.
When she showed me her work I was amazed and quite tickled to see how well she had done.
She was totally into these books for the time period that she had them. When I looked on Amazon to see if they were something stocked (the books from the libary were quite old and well worn) I was pleasantly suprised to see that they are still sold and in paperback form no less.
For the price that Amazon had them at, the 4 for 3 promotion that was applied, and the sheer joy of my 10 year old daughter, I had to order four of them.
As far as drawing books go, she has never been so pleased.
They are well worth the investment as your child will be provided with hours of entertainment if drawing is one of their favorite activities.
Highly recommended! . Need a drawing book? It doesn't matter what age you are, this is THE book for you Seminal. I first found it when I was in elementary school2008-12-09 Rating 5. Now, I teach pre-school, elementary, and above and still find ample use for this book.
It uses basic shapes and lines to create a world. Now I can really appreciate it because with these basic--and very drawable--tools I can help my students to create their own vision of things in a very simple and satisfying way.
You have everything you need in here, from vehicles to houses to plants to people. I have many of Ed Emberley's other books, but this one is the one you have to own.
For the price I cannot think of another book with the color, charm, or accessability as this one. BUY IT!. Shows how to make simple shapes into lots and lots of differnt things, from scenery to people and animals, simple and cute, fun for dad too :) Fun for all!. 2008-10-02 Rating 5 I love Ed Emberley and the techniques that he uses to teach drawing This is the best book ever!!!.
This book is my favorite because it's packed with all kinds of things to draw2007-10-28 Rating 5. Gumball machines, people in action, animals, trucks, planes, you name it.
You really can draw your own little world.
This would be a great gift with some paper and markers for the young budding artist.
Using simple shapes, Ed Emberley shows would-be artists how to draw over 400 things, such as an airplane, anteater, submarine, train, kangaroo, gondola, and much much more! This classic book is packed with cool things that kids - and adults too - really want to draw Easy and fun, the book provides hours of art-full entertainment. |
